1. Love is innate to our being.
Love is an unconditioned, ever-present force that flows from the core of our existence. We are beings of love, effortlessly connected to everything and everyone.
But the world introduces complexities that appear to challenge this natural flow. Social conditioning, past experiences, fears, and judgments create barriers. We learn to "protect" ourselves from perceived threats, and in doing so, we close off parts of our hearts.
The only real protection comes from the mind's alignment with love. Pain is a construct of the mind, arising from our separation from love. By forgiving we let go of the illusions of separation. Forgiveness allows us to see others as reflections of ourselves.
Love is always flowing. It's not dependent on our actions but on our willingness to align with it. Love is what we are and it's always available to us.
Seeing others as extensions of ourselves creates a profound shift in how we perceive the world. It reminds us that the love we seek is already within us. Love is always ready to be shared and experienced. Love is unconditional, ever-present, and untouched by the world's complications.
