Yes, it probably can be run more efficiently and we mostly get spam mailed to us, but when you need a letter sent, it will get there in a few days for like 35 cents.(Just went online and noticed price of stamps went up....)

You can buy a decent one for under 50 bucks that will last you years and you can put a LOT in them.

I don't even want to know what was used in the past.

They are very handy to open things.
