Use drumsticks in the kitchen
1. Herb and Spice Grinder
I imagine that the blunt end of a drumstick can be used to crush and grind herbs, spices, or garlic
2. Citrus Reamer
The narrow end of a drumstick can be used to extract juice from lemons, limes, or other citrus fruits by twisting it in the fruit.
3. Cake Decorator
For unique patterns or textures on cakes, cupcakes, or frosting I can use the rounded end of a drumstick.
4. Egg Separator
Crack an egg into a bowl and use the drumstick to separate the yolk from the egg white by carefully lifting the yolk out.
5. Skewer for Kebabs
Thread vegetables, meat, or seafood onto a drumstick, then grill or roast them for unique kebabs.
The drumstick can burn to the ground, that's for sure.
6. Pasta Maker
Roll out pasta dough into thin sheets for lasagna or fettuccine by gently pressing and rolling with a drumstick.
7. Meat Tenderizer
Pound and tenderize meat like chicken breasts or pork chops with the wider end of a drumstick.
8. Muddler for Cocktails
Crush and muddle ingredients like mint leaves or fruit in cocktail glasses to release their flavors when making mojitos or other cocktails
9. Sausage Pricker
Before grilling sausages, use a drumstick to puncture them slightly to prevent bursting and ensure even cooking.
10. Rolling Pin
Use the drumstick to roll out dough for flatbreads, cookies, or pie crusts when a traditional rolling pin is not available.
