I was at the library today picking out more books to read to my kids. I'm always surprised at the services the library offers.
1. Borrow any physical book I want
2. A lot of ebooks are available too
3. I can borrow digital versions of magazines like Writer's Digest
4. My library keeps copies of popular board games that I can try out (can't be taken out of the library)
5. They do notary services
6. I applied for passports for my kids at the library
7. They have a big collection of Blu-ray movies for loan
8. Free access to LinkedIn Learning
9. The entire archive of Washington Post newspaper from 1851 to 2001, searchable and in PDF
