No matter what happens in your bank account, retirement accounts, your career, your startups, your relationships, etc., honesty is the currency that will help you build your empire in whatever field you pursue. When you are honest, people will trust you.

Do what you say you will do. Be on time and respect the time of the people that you deal with. Behave in a genuine, authentic manner that builds trust and strengthens relationships.

Know thyself. Take the time to learn about yourself....what your strengths are, what your weaknesses are. What do you like to do? What do you not like doing?
