Ways to Cultivate Sohwakhaeng

What the heck is sohwakhaeng? It's a Korean philosophy. Roughly translated, it means "finding happiness in small but certain things." This is not an exhaustive list. Merely a suggestive one. It's more of a mindset, as I understand, a matter of noticing things we take for granted and taking pleasure in them. It only takes a moment, though to mindful of these things it helps to not be in a hurry.
