Ways to improve your sleep

    1. Make sure you have a quiet place to sleep and enough time

    2. Take a walk before bed

    3. If there are disturbing noises that are not too loud, white noise can drown them out

    4. Don't drink coffee in the afternoon and don't drink alcohol before bed

    5. Preparations with melatonin help against mild insomnia

    6. In the case of severe insomnia, sleeping pills are the lesser evil
