1. Read more of the good stuff
The more non-fiction you read, the better your brain works. Period. Don't consume social media - consume real, smart, useful and spellchecked books2. Pick up a new skill (instrument, sport etc.)
5. Handwrite 15 pages of content. Read it and try to make it less sloppy
6. Write down some if/then principles for yourself to free up some brain space
7. Clear out your to-do list
8. Do math in your head, don't use a calculator
9. Literally think before you speak/type. Process the whole sentence before it comes out of your mouth
10. Record yourself monologuing for 10 minutes, then listen back to it
