What are some healthy dinners that can be prepared in under 10 minutes?
Make meals ahead of time in bulk and freeze leftovers (vacuum sealer is clutch here)
1. Chili
Using grass fed beef or ground bison/turkey/chicken, plus the vitamin c from all the tomato products, chili can be a good macro split.
2. Stir fry
Chopped chicken + any combo of onions/peppers/squash/etc, just keep an eye on the ingredients in any sauces you use. Rice optional
3. Tex mex pulled chicken
3-4lbs chicken thighs, 2 jars salsa, 1 slow cooker. Layer salsa and chicken & sprinkle pepper across each layer. Cook on high for 4hrs. At 3hrs, take the chicken out, shred it with a couple forks and return it to the slow cooker.
Serve chicken with beans, rice, fajita veggies, mix with eggs at breakfast, etc.
