What are some healthy dinners that can be prepared in under 10 minutes?

    1. Tuna salad lettuce cups: mix canned tuna with avocado, cherry tomatoes, and lemon juice, spoon into lettuce leaves.

    2. Scrambled eggs with veggies: scramble eggs with diced bell peppers, onions, and spinach.

    3. Grilled chicken with a salad: grill pre-marinated chicken breasts, serve with a side salad of mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, and cucumber.

    4. Quinoa bowl: cook quinoa and mix with black beans, corn, diced avocado, and salsa.
