What are things that you should be motivated to do but with which you still struggle to find the motivation to actually do?

    1. Lift weights

    When I was in high school I lifted weights all the time and liked it. Now that I am in my 50s I don’t want to touch a weight but I probably should because I’m losing muscle mass.

    2. Clean the house

    I usually wait until something is gross before I clean it

    3. Going on vacation

    Life is short: I don’t take many vacations although I have the time and money to take more than. I do

    4. Riding my bike

    I lived on my bike as a kid. Now I just don’t feel like it.

    5. Going to the beach

    I can drive to great beaches in Florida. Don’t go.

    6. Play basketball and ping pong

    we have a hoop and a table: I don’t use them

    7. Read books real paper ones.

    I do read a lot but fewer paper books recently

    8. Journaling

    I am a little scattered but I have been keeping up with the 10 ideas!

    9. Take better care of my car

    I drive cars into the ground but they should not look old before their time

    10. Really study music for another career

    I would like to get more into music again but I spend time noodling instead of working and practicing
