What are UFO's?

Now that the US Government has admitted UFOs are real, what (or who) are they?
1. Chinese or Russian Military Planes
Highly doubt this. But, it is possible they have aircraft more advanced than ours.
2. Drones
They say that a human couldn't handle the force inside one of these aircraft. Maybe no one is actually inside them?
3. Top-Secret, US Government Aircraft
There are reports from some people that Alien craft crashed on our planet decades ago and we have been doing our own experiments to try and backward engineer the technology. Bob Lazar has claimed this is what we are doing for decades:
4. Aliens
From another galaxy. Much more advanced than us. But, if they are so advanced, why do they let us see them? Or do they feel we are no threat to them? Like how we view ants?

I love this show. And somehow always wish some of it is partially true.
