What books changed how you think?
Not a lot of books for me to list but...
The story about Umberto Eco and the significance of unread books made a big impression on me but I also pulled quite a few other things out of it too. Helped me realize that the part of Wall Street where I was starting my career was not actually for me. This one more validated my beliefs than changed my thinking. 4. Loose Balls The Short Wild Life of The American Basketball Association
Gave me a sense of nostalgia for the decade I mostly grew up in.My introduction to the concept of simplicity. 6. Many Lives of the Lynx
This book is about the history of Walker, the community where my wife and I live. We have a very special connection to where we live and being able to have learned the history strengthens our connection. It was an old mining town founded by a Civil War era vet named Joseph Walker.
