What chores did you do as a kid?
1. Washing the dishes or drying up
No dishwashers back then!2. Shopping for food at the weekend
When I was old enough I would go to the market with a list. Until then I went with my Dad on a Saturday.3. Helping in the garden
Again, with my Dad. Until I was older and then I had tidying up jobs to do.6. Dead heading the roses
7. Straightening the tassels on the rug!
8. Bringing in the washing off the line
