I am a computer scientist by training, I did computer graphics on Silicon Graphics systems (does anybody remember them?) but I stopped being a programmer when I embraced the dark side of corporate IT. Today I make some little animation with p5js or python, the field of generative / algorithmic art is an interesting place to try implementing some crazy algorithm in a visually catching way.
