What is the best type of Cardio?

    1. Swimming

    Keeps you cool while doing it, low impact. Many of us love the water and it's a form of exercise that could save your life!

    2. Biking

    The fastest way to get around under your own power, so you maximize the change of scenery. With e-Bikes, you can go even further.

    3. Running

    The oldest kind of cardio. According to Born To Run (the book) humans learning to walk and run erect is what led them to be able to hunt larger mammals which would overheat trying to escape groups of cavemen over long distances.

    4. Rowing

    A beautiful form of movement, and one of the rare kinds of exercise that involves the pulling/back muscles. It's also a whole-body exercise.

    5. Cross Country Skiing

    Also a beautiful movement, a whole-body exercise, and a great way to make snowy conditions more enjoyable.

    6. Dance

    Shake what yo mama gave ya.

    7. Skating

    Inline or ice skating are both fun.

    8. Group Exercise Classes

    Social and structured for optimal impact (warm-up, build, cool-down).

    9. Martial Arts

    Blow off any aggressive steam, maybe learn how to defend yourself...

    10. Chase Kids

    Young children have seemingly boundless energy. Try hanging with them at their level and watch yourself sweat.
