What is the best type of Cardio?

    LISS is walking up stairs.

    If you are not in shape, this is a great way to start. It's very low impact and takes very little time. You can do it while you watch TV.

    Some people say "I don't want to exercise if I have to spend time doing it." But with the LISS method you can watch TV at the same time so it doesn't feel like exercise.

    Also, for people over 40, this is a good way to stave off Alzheimer's because walking up stairs activates your brain stem which helps memory formation.
