I heard something about Bitcoin miners spending more money on power than they make actually mining. Power is included in the lease so theoretically it’s free power for miners. Wonder how much miners would pay for office space with free power?

Rent it out to different massage therapists and take 20% from every massage? Probably lots of tense workers with disposable income nearby.

Think Meowolf but in a smaller location. Let different artists display their installations on a monthly basis. Charge admission fee?
