I heard something about Bitcoin miners spending more money on power than they make actually mining. Power is included in the lease so theoretically it’s free power for miners. Wonder how much miners would pay for office space with free power?

Rent it out to different massage therapists and take 20% from every massage? Probably lots of tense workers with disposable income nearby.

Think Meowolf but in a smaller location. Let different artists display their installations on a monthly basis. Charge admission fee?

Zen studio is a good idea but I wonder if you can expand it by setting up a calendar where many different meditation groups can schedule an hour in the office.

Yes with #5. They can convert it into a mining station. Also, if that's the case that the electricity is free then they will benefit enormously from it! Have you watched videos about crypto mining on YouTube? It is insane!
