What they don't want you to know about buying a home
Home buying in America is basically a religion. Society really pushes individuals to become home owners. But there is a lot that goes into it.
Do your homework before you purchase that property.

1. Long term commitment
Buying a home means that you are locking yourself into that area and that house for a minimum of 5 years.
You could move out earlier than that, but you will likely lose money.
2. If you buy and house and then sell that house at the exact same price you will lose a lot of money
There are a lot of fees that go into buying and selling a home.
3. Closing costs
There are taxes you will have to pay for buying a home.
4. HOA
For many people buying a home means locking yourself into an Home Owners Association for life.

But not in house.
You need a car to drive from the suburb into the city.
10. Hosting
