What would an ideal retirement community look like?
I would live full time on a cruise ship designed for long term stays

1. Would have a variety of cabins depending on need.
2. Would have on board personal care and health care staff
3. Would still cruise. Not be anchored in one place.
But each port stay could easily be longer.
4. Entertainment would come to you.
5. Built in variety of activities to choose
or not choose.
6. Resident / guest areas already designed for those with mobility impairments
7. Ability to reposition based on season or expected weather
8. It supplies its own utilities
9. Family might actually want to come and visit.
10. Replace one or more of the eateries with a grocery
Residents would have the option of doing their own cooking if desired.
11. A floating community will need almost every kind of experience and background
Everybody likes to feel useful and a member of their community.
