What's a niche review that I can do?

I have seen people making money reviewing niche products! Such as hiking gear, water bottles, and all.
What other niche product/ field do you think I could review?
I did a lot of crypto reviews. I even had a show on Youtube called "the crypto review" and did many reviews there.
I've read so many self-help books that I can easily review them.
People have been making money off of doing book reviews on Amazon. They find out what niche books are selling well and then write a review for each one and link to the other reviews.
I've done this before. I'd make a course about "how to make money from courses". Then I'd make courses about how to make courses, how to promote them, etc. And then I'd do niche course reviews.
There's all sorts of niches out there that people want to learn more about but don't want to spend money on courses or books or conferences. For instance, people want to know how to be better at poker but they don't want to go through the hassle of learning it in real life so they will pay for an online course if it's good enough. Or chess, or investing, or anything else you can think of!
