What's the first thing you can do in the morning when you wake up besides checking your phone?

Sometimes I do check my phone before completing all 10, but sometimes I don't. These are from my actual morning routine.

    1. Go to the bathroom, weight myself, wash my face & brush my teeth.

    2. Begin drinking my morning drink.

    Which is one full mason jar of: water, the juice of one full lemon, electrolytes, pink salt, Kion Aminos, & spirulina & chlorlella tablets. I've been drinking some version of this for close to a decade.

    3. Meditate.

    I do 10-20 minutes per day.

    4. Train.

    4-5 times per week, in my garage gym, for about 1 hour.

    5. Take a hit of CBD.

    For relaxation, recovery, and inflammation. I prefer flower.

    6. Shower, make coffee.

    Coffee with grass-fed butter & mushroom powder, of course.

    7. Make my family breakfast before they go to school/work.

    Important: NO Phones here!

    8. Do at least 1 chess problem.

    9. Study for at least 15 minutes.

    Currently doing a course from Precision Nutrition.

    10. Publish a blog post.

    I began on May 31st, 2013, and have not missed one day since, so, I'm well over 3,000.
