What’s Your Perfect Day?

I'm prone to want to do everything in one day, so when writing this challenge, I'll think about how what I do should add up to 24 hours instead of more. Less means more focused on the things that mattered.

    1. Get up between 6/7am from a restful sleep

    2. Have a bit of time to gather my thoughts

    Could be done while having my morning coffee, journaling, or even chatting with my partner. 

    3. Exercise for 30-60 minutes

    Running, core training, barre, or yoga.

    4. Take a shower & get dressed for work

    I can't do work if I dressed like I'm about to go to bed.

    5. Work

    Usually means coding / design / writing business plan / calls

    6. Extended lunch break

    Long walks, socializing lunch, have time to enjoy what I eat. This usually is my main meal of the day. 

    7. Work #2

    Either continuing the work before or switch to learning.

    8. Done for the day

    Time to chill by myself: reading / watch a movie, or socializing.

    9. Write the Idea List

    At the moment it seemed like I'm doing this more in the evenings. I like to think about it all day and write it later.

    10. Sleep at around 10pm
