1. Getting married

4. Getting a dog
daily walks
5. being told by the ER nurse that he was surprised that I was still alive.
I had blood clots in my lungs but made a full recovery. Now I jump out of bed to start the day every day and I am very grateful for life.
6. Full remote work
Thanks COVID!
7. Going to rehab when 20 years old
It worked the first time: it saved my life.
8. Having a mental health crisis in my 30s resulting in an inpatient stay.
I realized that most of my problems were inside my head. It took about 10 more years to untangle that mess but I am past it for now.
9. Committing to a daily habit of NotePD and reading
Yet another shout out: this combination pays dividends.
10. Subscribing to OpenAI/ChatGPT
