Why exercise will likely always be a thing I do for a reason, not for itself
I will probably never love exercise in and of itself. I love the way I feel after and the way it keeps my body from becoming decrepit. Here are the reasons why I’ll never exercise because I love it (like some sports trainers).

To push your muscles to the limit or to have a good cardio session - you have to go beyond your comfort zone
2. It is uncomfortable to start or continue

Sometimes when I lift in my upper arms/ shoulders - my shoulder blades object te following day
6. Sometimes it makes me hyperventilate
