Why I like Hooters
This may be an unpopular opinion. My mother does not like the establishment.
1. My spouse worked there
She is very fond of Hooters. Likes it WAY more than I do.
2. They have great customer service
My wife says the training was top notch. She says it's like Chik-Fil-A level. Or at least it used to be.
3. The uniforms
They are better than most chain places. Yes, one could say they are exploiting women. I still think they look unique and one-of-a-kind.
4. The food
I think it's actually pretty good. Wings. Beer. Sandwiches. My wife loves their chocolate cake. I've literraly gotten it for her on special occasions and she wouldn't want anything more...
5. The TVs
They have a lot of them. Great to watch sports.
6. True fans
Went on a Sunday recently and there were TONS of NFL fans. It was great. They were wearing jerseys. One section had at least 50 people who were San Fran 49ers fans. And I'm in the south.
7. The decor
The one I went to recently had the older wood decor. It isn't all trendy. They are staying true to their brand.
8. Location
There is at least one in any decent sized city. I've never had a bad meal at one.
9. The Original Restaurant
My wife made us go to the original restaurant once when we were in the area in FL. It was out of our way, but made her very happy.
10. Would still rather my daughter never work there...
Will argue with my wife over this, but thankfully, I doubt this will happen.
