Why living in a codo is great

1. Not much to maintain

I don't have to worry about the building's exterior, the landscaping, the pool, the parking, the tennis courts, gym, garbage disposal, etc - it's all part of living here

2. Great facilities like a pool, gym, playground, bbq, steam room, jacuzzi, tennis courts, etc

All of these things are available for use and despite there being thousands of residents they're hardly used at all. I'm often the only one in the pool!

3. Security guards and gates

Locking gates with security guards mean we are a bit more protected.

4. Cheaper than other private housing in Singapore

Landed properties are many times more expensive.

5. Locations

Almost all condos are located near shopping centers and/or train stations.
