1. ---and What True Wholeness Is.
The self-concept is a fragmented idea of who you are — it's like trying to complete a puzzle with missing pieces. It’s built on labels, roles, past experiences, and societal expectations, none of which are constant or true. The more you chase after this identity, the more you feel its gaps. It can never feel whole because it’s based on illusions, constantly shifting, and dependent on external validation.
To be whole is to let go of this fragmented self and realize that you are already complete, beyond any label or role. Wholeness is a state of being, not becoming — it's recognizing your true nature as limitless, pure Consciousness, untouched by the world's shifting ideas of who you should be.
