Write 10 things that your future self would tell your present self: mental time travel.
I got this idea from Tony Robbins. He also said to write a letter from your current self to your future self. Your future self could be any future: a month in the future, 40 years in the future. By considering your future, you can direct what you do with the present to make that future a reality. If you don't do this mental time travel, you will arrive in your future, but you might not realize how you got there.
1. Don't be afraid of your demons.
2. Your demons are your angels disguised
3. You are always growing, even if it doesn't seem like it
4. The key to success is to love what you do and be the best at it
5. Forget about money and focus on doing something you love and being the best at it
And if it doesn't, love what you do anyway
6. Laugh a lot more than you do now
Laughter heals all wounds and keeps you young forever
Never take life too seriously because everything changes in an instant so there's no point in worrying about things that may or may not happen in the future that you have no control over anyway
Enjoy every moment as much as possible because this can be your last moment on earth, which I know sounds morbid but I'm just saying this so that you don't waste any time at all if this turns out to be true someday
