I heard about this on the Huberman Lab podcast. I think this refers to cardio, but I will also include strength-based exercises based on the concept of "grease the groove".
1. Run up the stairs
Maybe up and down a few times.
2. Dips when you're waiting for public transport
3. Push-ups before leaving the house
4. Pull-ups whenever you see a structure suited for it
5. Jumping jacks while waiting for someone
6. Carry a jump rope in your backpack for whenever you have a few minutes
7. Carry exercise bands with you for whenever you have a few minutes
8. Bicep curls or shoulder presses whenever you're carrying something
9. Squats or lunges whenever you get home
10. Short run whenever there is space
