10 ideas for some of the best exercises to do

    1. hindu squats, nothing is better then squats, the legs feed the wolf

    2. pullups, do at least 25 each time

    3. back bends, this is something I need to work on every times get up from the desk for a break

    4. this will lead to being able to do the neck bridge again which I have not done in several years, and then doing the wrestlers bridge

    5. kettlebell swings and snatches

    6. squat with overhead press with weight

    7. jumper squats

    8. ab rollers

    9. doing several Farmer Burns exercises with 3lb dumbells

    10. deep breathing, filling the torso, holding the breath for 5 seconds, 10 at a time

    11. walking several times a day while working on the deep breathing and breath holds

    12. burpees - hate these, yet love them
