1. Be honest and upfront as trust sells

4. Learn off other people's mistakes and get mentors
5. There tons of opportunities out there
6. First go where there are low barriers to enteries and then upskill and niche down to the markets I can provide value
7. Where you can mastermind and share tips
8. The only true learning is actually doing the task and using the skills
9. If you are going to teach still be actively involved in the subject you are teaching as you remain relevant
10. Where you can leverage personal debt bad business debt useful when properly managed
11. Volunteering is a useful gateway to develop the skills you are hoping to utilise
12. Don't be half arsed be focused and be true to my word
