I gotta say, question assumption is the hardest one that I had to learn in my life. Everytime I assume something, things never work out.

I relate. Questioning assumptions is a muscle. There are always implicit assumptions. I try to pause and ask what I am assuming is true about a decision. Say I make coffee. I am assuming that making and drinking coffee makes me happy and energetic. Whether that is indeed true is a different story 😊
