10 reasons why idea lists are burning me out

You can also just keep them as private if they’re too personal and write less than 10
It's okay to write personal idea lists and never share them with anyone. I think one of the goals of becoming an "idea machine" is to help you come up with solutions to your own problems that you can't find elsewhere.
And if you feel that the list format is too limiting in expressing your creativity, write an essay, draw a diagram, perform an interpretative dance, the possibilities are endless!
