10 things I need to do to keep my weight stable

    1. Exercise daily

    2. Remain active even when not exercising

    3. Cut down on the bread

    4. No cheez whiz on my toast, instead, use sweet relish

    5. When going out, have a sandwich at home rather thatn a 18-22 dollar entre at the bar

    6. Plan simple meals so when tired I am not tempted to buy fast food

    7. Keep my breakfast routine
