10 Things You Can Do Daily That'll Make You Happier And Happier As The Days Go By

    1. Make small incremental improvements daily... instead of big improvements once a month or once a year. The brain mostly measures in relative values, not absolutes.

    2. New friends are good. But old friends are better. Spend more time hanging out with good old friends. The older the better.

    3. Pause. And think of three new things you are grateful for everyday.

    4. Learn one new micro-skill daily.

    5. Avoid processed foods as much as possible. Especially foods made from salt, sugar, bad fats, flours, and almost everything that comes in a package.

    6. Focus on micronutrients rather than macronutrients. Vitamins, minerals, enzymes, etc. are more important than carbs, fat, and protein for the normal functioning of a happy body.

    7. Memorize a few jokes everyday. Watch some stand-up comedy everyday. Seriousness is a killer.

    8. Spend at least half your time in the countryside. Better yet, move there.

    9. Make art. Everyday.

    10. Keep the colon clean. Make sure to have two to three regular bowel movements everyday. It's almost impossible to stay happy when you're constipated.
