    1. Recognise repetition hardwires the good the bad and the mediocre habits

    2. Repetition compounds so as with idea 1be mindful of what habits are repeated

    3. Get the repeated actions to chime and rhyme with my values

    4. If I am using repetition then why not use it to face discomfort and fear, make these famililar

    5. See repetition as software for the mind if I want to make changes in my life I need to upgrade my habits

    6. As well as values use themes to guide what I repeat such as being playful and reflective

    7. Recognise I am not going to be good all the time have awareness not judgement

    8. Have a good blend of repeated practices it's doesn't harm me to be a well rounded generalist

    9. Don't use repetition to be an efficient robot use it to be an effective human being

    10. Realise that repitition can be used to describe habit and routine it's interconnected to so many practices in self development. Don't be hung up on the one school of thought .
