10 tips for improving sleep quality and quantity

    1. Keep your bedroom dark

    Or if you can't get black out curtains for your bedroom, get a sleeping mask.

    2. No food a couple hours before bed

    3. Nothing stressful before bed

    4. Keep the bedroom slightly cooler than normal

    5. Wear minimal clothing, or don't wear any clothing at all

    6. Get lots of sunlight into your eyes in the morning

    7. Meditate

    8. Write out your worries and anxieties before going to bed

    9. Take a cold shower

    10. Drink chamomile tea
