Unusual Hobbies I Have
Today I was running short of ideas for the idea list. What an irony! Therefore, I used the prompt on the @NotePD site, and here is one that I found interesting. So, here are some unusual hobbies I have or things I enjoy doing. I could only think of 4 now. Hopefully, I can expand on this list later.
1. Driving without destination
I love driving- driving just for the sake of driving. It helps me relax even if I am not driving a fancy car, not in a beautiful location, or if it's crowded. Sometimes after a stressful day, I would just drive 30-50 miles and then drive back home.
2. Experimental cooking
I love to cook- but not do standard cooking following standard recipes. I like to play with food and recipes. Sometimes I just start chopping, and I will not know what I am going to cook. Just go with the flow, mood, and day!
3. Working out of coffee shops
Even though there are co-working spaces/beautiful seating in my apartment complex, I have an extra room at home and had an office to go to (when I was working), I would still choose to work out of a coffee shop when possible. I have also paid out of my pocket to work from co-working spaces than going to the office. (P.S. my office building/campus was also beautiful. still. )
4. Solo Hike/Travel
I have a nice husband, and I have friends I could travel/hike with too. However, I often prefer to go solo, and love it! I
