10 uses for a corkscrew that don't involve a wine bottle
I'm specifically thinking one of the type found on the back of many Swiss Army knives and other pocket knives as well. Some of these may not work as well with a more modern version.
1. Untie a knot

2. Screw into a surface as use the knife/corkscrew as a place to grip

4. Can be packed with tinder or fire starter

5. As a pot hook to remove a pot with a bail from the fire.

9. Can be used to open or close a zipper with broken pull tab
