10 ways I can improve my daily physical practice.
1. Just do it
Get started on stretching when feeling unmotivated. This will create a ripple effect to start working out.
2. Avoid fitting clothes
Loose track suit should be enough.
3. Lift bare feet
There's a science behind this. The article says lifting barefoot is better than with shoes.
4. Progressive loading
Increase the weights progressively after a week or two.
5. Creatine
Supplement with creatine
6. Drink enough water
Being hydrated is important.
7. Set out gym clothes earlier
This will prevent time wastage in searching for them. Also acts as a motivator
8. Patience
Remember, working out should be a lifestyle. It should not be a means to an end.

Use proper form for each workout.
