10 ways to build your discipline

    1. Tackle one hard thing every morning

    2. Brush your teeth with your non-dominant hand

    3. Take a cold shower

    4. Fast

    I like fasting overnight and into the morning (so eating dinner, skipping breakfast and then eating lunch)

    5. Say hi to strangers. Try to ask them a question.

    6. Ask for 10% off at a coffee shop.

    7. Push yourself when working out. Go all out. And then do one extra rep. Run one extra lap.

    8. Start small. Do one new tiny thing. Do it consistently.

    9. Read hard books. Digest them. Re-read them. Figure out what it means to you.

    10. Meditate. Start with 5 minutes. Work your way up to 15 minutes and then to half an hour. It sounds like an uncomfortable amount of time and it is. Work your way up until you look forward to it.
