1. Eat until I am 80% full
2. Reduce the carbs in my diet
Eat less bread and potatoes
3. Cut back on sugar treats and soda
4. snack on things like carrot sticks
5. Then cut back on snacks
6. Eat more fruit and vegetables, less processed food
7. Resist the urge to snack at certain moments, such as late Saturday night !!
8. Eat 3 small meals a day instead of 2 big meals
