10 ways to keep your Calm.

    1. Drink water when negative thought comes by. Be sure you are at near the bathroom as you might need to move for toilet a lot.

    2. Take deep breath.

    3. Change environment, go outside for a walk.

    4. Think yourself as renter and we have taken rent from future generations to live out our present lifestyle.

    5. Write your thought and if you have any solution than do it else move on.

    6. This time shall also pass.

    7. All problems lies in the mind.

    8. Believe in yourself because every other person other than you is there to make you belittle in your own eyes.

    9. Dance out the stress. Random dancing would work.

    10. Genuine Problem will get solved automatically.
