I combined these two because I like all the squat variations.
2. Floor Press

With dumbbells usually. Great chest workout plus some extra triceps when you take the shoulders and core out of the action.
3. Pause Deadlifts

More time under tensions gives a more rigorous rep. Really fun.
4. Seated Cable Rows

I've gotten my back so much stronger and all the rows are great, but this one I can really lock into and enjoy the whole rep.
5. Mace Around-the-Worlds

I used to hate this because I had tight shoulders and lower strength overall, but now they feel great and give me a nice core workout to boot.
