Do a review and reflection on all confidence failures8. Recognise that cowerdice and aversion is also part of my make up9. Keep going to the areas of my life where confidence shows up don't let it atrophy10. Recognise that confidence is part of a suite of attributes it's not the only one11. Use the accountability mirror to address myself when reviewing confidence as well as my other attributes
