1. Do challenges every day
2. Embrace the discomfort of failure
3. Do public speaking for a year
4. Volunteer in every workshop I attend in fact be the first
5. Pick a group of mentors who have overcome confidence issues
6. List the areas where confidence has failed me
7. Do a review and reflection on all confidence failures
8. Recognise that cowerdice and aversion is also part of my make up
9. Keep going to the areas of my life where confidence shows up don't let it atrophy
10. Recognise that confidence is part of a suite of attributes it's not the only one
11. Use the accountability mirror to address myself when reviewing confidence as well as my other attributes
