The idea is simple: people come to your place, you give them a table and an iPad, they order their own food from an app (or on the web), and then the food is delivered to them at their table. You don't need many employees and customers can eat quickly. You can also sell coffee, beer, etc. This would be good in any small town or urban area where there are not many restaurants.
