Breakfast I Enjoy but No Longer Eat

Inspired by another list posted here.

These are breakfast meals that I enjoy AND used to prepare for myself regularly. But I no longer do. No idea why

    1. Quaker instant oatmeal

    Always two packets per serving. One packet of plain and one flavored.

    2. Shredded wheat

    Soften it with hot water, drain, and add milk.

    3. Breakfast cereal

    Couldn't be simpler and lots of choices but still I don't.

    4. Penny eggs.

    Nothing to do with prices. Especially now.

    Scrambled eggs with sliced hot dogs as the Pennies.

    5. Poached eggs on toast

    0

    6. Maybe it’s time to make the time

I love cereal. Stopped cold turkey the day I learned how unhealthy it is.

Me too, I was raised on the "vitamins and minerals" in the GREAT Frosted Flakes. you get about the same nutrition from a big bag of candy.
